Godzilla: Unleashed is a 3D battling computer game dependent on the Godzilla film establishment for the Wii and PlayStation 2, created by Pipeworks Software and distributed by Atari, Inc..
The PS2 and Nintendo DS variants were delivered on November 20 (the last as Godzilla Unleashed: Double Smash) and the Wii form on December 5, 2007, in North America, and all adaptations on February 22, 2008, in Europe.
The game is set during a progression of unnatural calamities across Earth because of unexplained appearances of enormous precious stones, where the Vortaak extraterrestrial society are attacking by and by. The game highlights more than 20 Kaiju and Mechas from every one of the three Godzilla periods; just as two unique Toho-endorsed manifestations: Krystalak and Obsidius. Unleashed is a spin-off of Godzilla: Save the Earth.
