Crytek Gives First Hint That Crysis 2 Remastered Is On The Way

Crysis 2 Remastered

Crytek gave a solid hint of Crysis 2 Remastered in a post on Twitter. Although the name of the game is still not officially stated, the sharing of a phrase from Crysis 2 suggested that Crysis 2 Remastered was in development.
Crytek, a game studio founded in Germany in 1999 by three Turkish brothers Cevat, Avni and Faruk native, once again faced game lovers with Crysis Remastered last year after a long wait. Crysis Remastered almost split fans of the series in half, with one group liking the game, while one group reacted to the studio for releasing a “remastered” instead of a new game.

It seems that the new project that Crytek is working on will be more of a joy to the first group. The game studio, which recently shared a new one from Crysis’s official Twitter account, has sparked rumours that Crysis 2 Remastered is coming.

As a matter of fact, Crytek’s share in question contained a phrase that only those who were not particularly familiar with the series, such as “they used to call me Prophet”, would understand nothing. As you can imagine, having an expression from Crysis 2 while suggesting that this expression is a clue to Crysis 2 Remastered.

Of course, Crytek is not the only company to release Remastered games, but fans of the series want to see a new game, rather than Remastered games, as it has been 8 years since the last mainstream Crysis game was released. In addition, various graphics modes have also been released since the release of Crysis 2, and the game’s graphics have already been improved. Therefore, Crysis 2 Remastered is not expected to bring much innovation to the original game.
